ECricketShop is operated in coordination with the Club Cricket Conference (CCC) and supported by Dawnray Industries, which acts as the manufacturing and fulfilment partner for customised apparel and selected products.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
“ECricketShop”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to ECricketShop.
“Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual, club, school, academy, organisation, retailer, or business purchasing products or using our services.
“Custom Products” means any product manufactured or personalised specifically for the customer, including printed or embroidered garments.
“Retail Products” means standard products offered for sale that are not customised.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
All information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are authorised to act on behalf of your club, organisation, or business where applicable.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, and specifications are accurate.
However:
Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
Product images are for illustration purposes.
Minor manufacturing variations may occur.
Specifications may change where manufacturers update their products.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated:
Prices exclude delivery charges.
Applicable taxes or duties will be shown during checkout where required.
Quotations remain valid only for the period stated on the quotation.
5. Orders
Your order is considered accepted only after:
Payment has been authorised (where applicable).
Product availability has been confirmed.
We issue an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:
Pricing errors
Product availability
Suspected fraud
Incorrect customer information
Legal or regulatory requirements
6. Custom Teamwear & Personalised Products
Customised products include, but are not limited to:
Club shirts
Trousers
Hoodies
Jackets
Polos
Training wear
Embroidered garments
Printed garments
Merchandise bearing club logos, sponsor logos, names, or numbers
Design Approval
Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, including:
Colours
Logos
Sponsor branding
Sizes
Quantities
Player names
Squad numbers
Garment specifications
Delivery details
Production will only commence after the customer has provided final approval.
Once approval has been given, the customer accepts responsibility for any approved information, including spelling, artwork, quantities, and sizing.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or licences to use any logos, trademarks, graphics, or artwork submitted for production.
ECricketShop accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied materials.
Colour Matching
We make every reasonable effort to reproduce approved colours accurately.
Minor colour variations may occur due to differences in fabric, dye batches, printing processes, lighting conditions, and digital screen displays. Such variations are considered commercially acceptable and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment sizes before production.
We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides or requesting samples where appropriate.
ECricketShop cannot accept responsibility for incorrect size selections approved by the customer.
7. Production Times
Estimated production schedules are provided in good faith.
Custom production typically requires approximately 5–6 weeks, subject to artwork approval, material availability, order volume, and shipping arrangements.
Production times begin only after final design approval and any required payment has been received.
8. Delivery
Our target delivery times are:
Retail products: Within 14 working days.
Custom teamwear and club bundle orders: Approximately 5–6 weeks from final approval.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, weather events, industrial action, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Risk & Ownership
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.
10. Returns
Retail products may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Customised or personalised products are manufactured specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or refunded simply because of:
Change of mind
Incorrect customer ordering
Approved artwork
Approved sizing
Approved quantities
Club preference changes
Quality Review Process
Where a customer believes customised products do not meet the approved specification or contain a genuine manufacturing defect, the matter will be referred to the Joint Resolution Committee, comprising representatives from:
Dawnray Industries
Club Cricket Conference (CCC) Commercial Team
The committee will assess the products and determine an appropriate resolution.
Customers may be required to make the products available for physical inspection before any decision is made.
Where appropriate, the committee may authorise replacement products or another mutually agreed remedy. Refunds for customised products are generally not available.
11. Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed before production or dispatch.
Failure to make payment may result in delayed production, delayed shipment, or cancellation of the order.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, software, and branding, remains the property of ECricketShop or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
13. Customer Conduct
Customers agree not to:
Submit unlawful content.
Upload offensive or defamatory material.
Misuse the website.
Attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
Interfere with website security or functionality.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eCricketShop shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses.
Loss of business or profits.
Delays beyond our reasonable control.
Customer errors in approved artwork, sizes, quantities, or specifications.
Third-party courier delays.
Events of force majeure.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, supplier failures, or utility outages.
16. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
17. Website Availability
While we strive to keep our website available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We reserve the right to suspend, update, or modify the website without prior notice.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws specified by ECricketShop’s registered operating entity. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
