Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, including:
Production will only commence after the customer has provided final approval.
Once approval has been given, the customer accepts responsibility for any approved information, including spelling, artwork, quantities, and sizing.
Customers confirm that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or licences to use any logos, trademarks, graphics, or artwork submitted for production.
ECricketShop accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied materials.
We make every reasonable effort to reproduce approved colours accurately.
Minor colour variations may occur due to differences in fabric, dye batches, printing processes, lighting conditions, and digital screen displays. Such variations are considered commercially acceptable and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment sizes before production.
We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides or requesting samples where appropriate.
ECricketShop cannot accept responsibility for incorrect size selections approved by the customer.
Estimated production schedules are provided in good faith.
Custom production typically requires approximately 5–6 weeks, subject to artwork approval, material availability, order volume, and shipping arrangements.
Production times begin only after final design approval and any required payment has been received.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, weather events, industrial action, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Retail products may be eligible for return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Customised or personalised products are manufactured specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or refunded simply because of:
Where a customer believes customised products do not meet the approved specification or contain a genuine manufacturing defect, the matter will be referred to the Joint Resolution Committee, comprising representatives from:
The committee will assess the products and determine an appropriate resolution.
Customers may be required to make the products available for physical inspection before any decision is made.
Where appropriate, the committee may authorise replacement products or another mutually agreed remedy. Refunds for customised products are generally not available.
Payment terms will be confirmed before production or dispatch.
Failure to make payment may result in delayed production, delayed shipment, or cancellation of the order.
All website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs, software, and branding, remains the property of ECricketShop or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
